The coaches train members all year round depending on what financial support is available, the training takes place after school hours. At present about 2 days per week with limited hours and during the summer period more time is given to try and make perfect focusing on weak areas to help better the technical sporting ability of the youngsters whilst the weather is warm and exploring their adaptability to the chosen sport suggested to them. With the relevant finances our coach’s ideal training programme would be to coach around 3-4 days per week for 3 hrs per session including warming up preparations.
