Tessa Sanderson CBE

2009 celebrated the 25th Anniversary of Tessa Sanderson winning her Olympic Gold Medal. On the 6th August 1984 at the Summer Olympics in Los Angeles Tessa Sanderson won the Gold in the Womens Javelin and remains today the only British Woman to ever win a throwing Gold Medal.

TSFA staff is a selection of men and women there are 3 female coaches and 10 male coaches across the sports. The Foundation also has 4 office staff consisting of 2 women and 2 men. All the coaches and office staff are from all different culture and diversity locally and non local.
